Supporting youth and adult wellbeing through sport, creativity and community programmes across rural Northern Ireland.
Across many rural communities in Northern Ireland, opportunities for children, young people and families to access structured sport, creative activities and wellbeing programmes are often limited.
Distance, transport challenges and a lack of local provision can make it harder for people to access activities that support physical health, confidence and social connection.
Active Pathways & Wellbeing CIC works to address these challenges by creating accessible programmes that combine sport, creativity and wellbeing activities.
Our goal is to create safe and supportive environments where individuals can stay active, build confidence and feel connected to their communities.
Inclusive sports programmes that help children and young people stay active, build confidence and develop teamwork skills.
Creative activities that support confidence, creativity and personal development.
Mentoring and leadership opportunities that help young people develop confidence, responsibility and life skills.
Programmes that promote healthy lifestyles, physical activity and stronger communities.
