Active Pathways & Wellbeing delivers a range of programmes designed to support physical activity, creativity, personal development and community wellbeing.
Our programmes are designed to be inclusive, accessible and community-focused, helping individuals of all ages develop confidence, skills and positive connections.
Many of our programmes are delivered in partnership with schools, community organisations and local providers across rural Northern Ireland.
Our inclusive sport programmes encourage children and young people to stay active while building confidence, teamwork and resilience.
Sessions are designed to be welcoming to participants of all abilities and may include multi-sport activities, skill development sessions and fun participation programmes that focus on enjoyment and engagement.
These programmes aim to increase participation in sport and physical activity while promoting positive health and wellbeing.
Creative activities play an important role in supporting emotional wellbeing, self-expression and confidence.
Our creative wellbeing programmes provide opportunities for participants to explore art, creativity and imaginative activities in supportive and relaxed environments.
These sessions encourage creativity while also helping participants build confidence, communication skills and social connections.
We believe young people should be supported to develop leadership skills and positive roles within their communities.
Our youth leadership programmes provide opportunities for participants to develop confidence, responsibility and life skills through mentoring, volunteering and leadership activities.
These programmes aim to support young people in becoming active contributors within their communities.
